Real Estate Taxes

A DROP-BOX is located outside at the Town Hall by the bulletin board if you choose not to mail your payment. Receipts will be mailed upon request. Payments may be mailed to the address below.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM THE POSTAL SERVICE!

In August of this year, the US Post Office announced a new rule that included without much fanfare a MAJOR change in when letters are postmarked. Under this new rule, most letters will no longer be postmarked on the day the letter is received by a post office but instead postmarked a day later when the letter is processed at a regional mail processing facility.

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT I AM UNABLE TO COLLECT TAXES AT MY HOME. PAYMENTS MUST BE MAILED, PLACED IN “DROP BOX” AT THE TOWN HALL, OR PAID IN-PERSON AT THE COLLECTION DATES

Payment due Date: The first installment will be due on or before January 31, 2026. Payments must be post marked on or before December 31, 2025 to receive a 2025 receipt date.

Payment Information: Please make your check payable to Town of Cicero. If you are sending in a mortgage escrow check, please make sure the check is payable to Town of Cicero and is endorsed by yourself if payable to both yourself and the Town. I cannot accept a check made payable to Outagamie County. All checks not properly endorsed will be returned. If paying with multiple stubs please circle amount being paid on the stub.

If receipt is needed, send a self addressed stamped envelope along with your payment.

I collect taxes through January 31, 2026 and the county will collect the second installment due July 31, 2026.
