ATV/UTV “REVISED” ORDINANCE ADOPTED: The Town of Cicero has revised our ATV/UTV ordinance. the ordinance has been revised to have uniformity with the “County” ordinance. The Town of Cicero is serviced by the Nichols Rural Fire Department for fire protection. The Fire Department equipment consists of two pumpers, a water tanker, a heavy rescue truck, an equipment truck, a 6x6 grass fire/rescue vehicle, and an air trailer that allows air bottles for scba's to be refilled at a fire scene. The department has 35 dedicated volunteer fire fighters from the Town of Cicero, Village of Nichols, and the Town of Maine.
