Cicero is a town in Outagamie County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 1,092 at the 2000 census. The unincorporated community of Cicero is located in the town.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 35.5 square miles (91.9 km²), of which, 35.5 square miles (91.9 km²) of it is land and 0.03% is water.
