The County Zoning department has notified the Town of Cicero that the Zoning Committee vote to deny the solar project was not correct, as a tie vote means that the motion dies and the solar project application was not denied! The solar project application was placed back on the agenda for another vote on Tuesday August 25, 2026. At this time the County does not plan to hold another public hearing. The Town will ask for another public hearing.
